For publishers with more than 5 titles in print. If you are a publisher and are interested in having your title(s) considered for purchase and distribution by The News Group, please download and review our requirements as outlined in The News Group's New Book Vendor Protocol and Standard Terms.
After reviewing our New Book Vendor Protocol and Standard Terms we also require any prospective new vendor to complete our Book Publishers Agreement and Book Publishers Information Forms, which are available below.
Form Entry Instructions
These forms also require Adobe Reader. Each form is designed as an interactive PDF. This will allow you to enter information into select fields using your computer.
The Book Purchasing Agreement Form does not have any data entry fields until the second page.
After opening each file:

Click your mouse over the first entry field, enter your information and TAB to the next field.

Continue the process for all remaining fields.

Signature, title and date fields are NOT interactive. These must be completed manually.

After completing each form, review carefully and print a copy.

You will NOT be able to save the completed form on your computer, so please make sure your information is correct.
If you are a small press or self-published author, there are a number of companies that
have programs designed to meet your needs.
All of these companies are current vendors with The News Group. Just choose the best match for you.
